IRN is not tied to any distributor. That is the point.

Whether you order from a large national distributor like Sysco, US Foods, or Performance Food Group, or from the produce house two towns over, it fits in the same order. There are three ways to bring a distributor in:

Connect a supported distributor

When IRN has a direct setup for your distributor, we will walk you through it.

Upload a distributor file

Use an export or document that includes your products, pack sizes, and account prices.

Add a local or independent distributor

Keep smaller and local distributors in the order even when there is no direct connection.

Minimums, order-by reminders, price updates, order method, and payment stay in one view. The order-by time is a reminder; it does not change how IRN builds an order.

No logo games

We only say a distributor is connected when it really is.

If IRN has a direct setup for a distributor, you will see it. If it does not, you can still add the distributor and use the information they give you.

  • Some distributors can update prices directly; others may need a fresh file.
  • Some orders go to a sales rep or the distributor's own ordering system.
  • You usually pay the distributor the same way you do today.
  • Your account prices stay private to your restaurant.
