IRN's price is separate from the orders and member programs your restaurant chooses to buy. The savings IRN works toward come from those purchases—comparing distributor prices and negotiating member programs—not from the software bill.

Is IRN free?
Yes. The IRN platform currently has no subscription fee. If pricing ever changes, we will announce it clearly before it affects your account—no surprise charges.
How does IRN make money?
Right now, IRN is focused on building a strong network of independent restaurants and foodservice operators, so the core platform has no subscription fee. As the network grows, IRN expects to earn revenue from optional member programs, services, and partnerships. None of those offers are required to use the platform, and every price, term, and any compensation IRN receives is disclosed clearly. IRN does not sell or share your private distributor prices, order guides, or purchasing information.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Creating an IRN account does not require a credit card.
Does free mean my distributor purchases are free?
No. What you pay for the IRN platform is separate from what you pay for the products you buy. Most distributor orders are paid directly to the distributor, outside IRN.
Does IRN guarantee savings?
No. Every restaurant starts with different prices and distributors. IRN helps you compare the order; it does not promise that every restaurant will save the same percentage.
Are member programs included?
An IRN account gives you access to available member programs. Each program has its own price, eligibility, availability, and terms—program purchases are separate transactions.
Does IRN offer group distributor pricing?
Only where a published member program specifically says so. As membership grows, IRN pursues more negotiated opportunities and publishes each one when its terms are real.
